How do I return my order for a refund?

• For every item you purchase with NBS it will have an information card on how the item should be care for I.E Advise/Guidance for washing / drying and general care of your item for its longevity.
• You can submit a refund request up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order. From the time of this request's approval, you have 14 days to get the item back to us.
• Your order must be unworn and in original, brand-new condition.
  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, damaged, or returned in an un-resellable condition.
• If your total order value qualifies your order for free shipping, and you then return item(s) that bring the total kept order amount below the threshold, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I exchange my item?

Do you offer free returns?

We do not offer free returns; we recommend insuring your parcel to the full value of the contents, with tracking and proof of delivery signature. Please keep hold of any proof of postage and tracking you have until you have been refunded, as we cannot process the return without receiving the item.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

We are very sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. If this is the case, please contact us at enquiries@nbsclothing.com, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible. Please note, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
