PURCHASING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order on www.nbsclothing.com you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. if you are unhappy with any aspect of these, you should contact us prior to placing your order. We must receive payment in full for the price of the goods & shipping before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm the acceptance of your order by way of an email, sent to the email address you provide on your order.
SHIPPING
All orders are tracked. All charges are set on a flat rate basis.
UK SHIPPING
All orders are sent via royal mail. Typically, UK orders take 2/3 working days to be delivered from the date of dispatch. Please also note this is not 100% guaranteed and could be subject to unforeseen circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are sent via various international shipping providers. Orders will require a signature on receipt. Please see our delivery tab to understand the delivery costs. the estimated delivery time varies depending on location but on average takes 7-10 working days.
please note that the estimated delivery times are estimates and they do not take into account any external influences that may affect the process.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible should you order an item which is unavailable, you will then have the option to receive a full refund or to exchange your item(s) for an alternative.
MAKING CHANGES TO ORDERS
Please note once an order has been placed, our team cannot cancel or amend it. Once you have received your item, you can then return it following our returns guidelines.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return your item(s) include a note inside your return with your order number and express you would like a refund. Please send this to the returns address provided. refunds will be processed on the day we receive your item(s) and can take approximately 10 working days to clear into your bank account.
RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
We are extremely sorry if you have received a faulty or incorrect item. If this is the case, please contact us and we will solve this for you as quickly as we can.
V.A.T.
All product prices include vat, and the final price paid by the customer includes vat and delivery costs. All other costs incurred are your responsibility. This may include import and export charges or local taxes.

All product descriptions have been made as accurate as possible. We do understand that some variances may occur in colour and texture. if you have any queries at all regarding a product or require further information then please contact us & we will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser app/software or computer system. Please also note that product measurements and dimensions are approximate.
